Inventor Roger Riehl has designed a Mark V module, containing 23 improvements over the Mark IV.  As far as I know he is not yet shipping the new watch.  In the Mark V, the date at which daylight savings time changes has been updated and there is now a small sheet of stainless steel on the back of the watch, against the wearer's wrist, to protect the module.  Additionaly, polyurethane is used in the module, as there were some problems with the Lexan not meeting design specifications. (Although there seems to be a bubble problem with the polyurethane)
